People ask for a website, an app, or a GoHighLevel setup and then wait for the part they do not like: half the money before anyone starts. Uplaps does not work that way. You pay nothing to open a project. Money moves when a milestone is delivered and you approve it.
What a milestone is
A milestone is a piece of the job that you can look at. For a website that might be the page structure, then the design, then the build, then the launch. For a GoHighLevel account it might be the pipeline map, then the workflows, then the handover. Each one is named in writing before it starts, with what “done” means.
A milestone is not a vague week of time. If we cannot point at the result, it is not ready to bill.
What you do not pay for yet
While a milestone is in progress, it is not a bill. You can request revisions. Unlimited revisions means we keep adjusting that piece until it matches the scope. It does not mean a second product appears inside the same price. A new feature is described as the next milestone before anyone builds it.
When a payment is due
You approve the milestone in your client dashboard, or in writing. That approval is the moment it becomes payable. You send the transfer, Wise, Payoneer, or the method we named, with a reference. We confirm it on the order. The next milestone can start.
The money-back rule
If we deliver something that does not match the written scope, reject it. We refund what you paid for that milestone. Approved work stays approved. There is no advance sitting in our account, so a milestone you have not accepted is not a refund you are chasing.
How to start
Send the problem from the start page. Describe what is broken or what you want built, and where you are. We reply with questions or with a scope. You do not need a perfect brief. You need an honest one.
If you are comparing this with a freelance marketplace, the difference is the team. You are not choosing a stranger’s gig. You are hiring Uplaps, and the approach is ours to propose.
