No advance

Opening a project, sending a brief, or asking us to look at a critical error does not require a payment. The first bill exists only after a milestone has been delivered.

Milestones

The scope is a short list. Each item names what “done” means. We build the active one. You review it in the client dashboard. Approval is what makes it payable.

Unlimited revisions

Inside that written milestone, revisions do not run out. A new feature, a new page, or a new platform is a new milestone, described before we build it.

Money back

If a delivered milestone does not match the written scope, reject it. We refund what you paid for that milestone. Work you approved in writing stays approved.

Uplaps is one studio

On a freelance marketplace you choose a seller and a package, and the money is usually funded before the work. The person who accepts the order may not be the person you talked to. Uplaps does not work that way. Zain Ali’s team takes the brief, proposes the approach, and stays on the milestone. You can bring any problem. We decide how it gets solved, and we will decline the ones we should not take.

What the guarantee is not

It is not a promise that a new idea is free, and it is not a promise that ad platforms will produce a specific return. It is a promise about our work: the thing we said we would deliver, revised until it matches that description, or your money for that milestone comes back. Media spend on Google or Meta is paid by you, in your own ad account, and is not part of our fee.

Still deciding?

Do I pay anything in advance?

No. Uplaps does not take an advance. A milestone is billed when that slice of work has been delivered and you have approved it. You can start a project today without a payment.

How do milestone payments work?

We write the scope as a short list of milestones. We build the active one. You review it and can request revisions inside that scope. When you approve it, that milestone becomes payable. The next one starts after that, unless we agreed to overlap them.

What does the money-back guarantee cover?

If a delivered milestone does not match the written scope, you can reject it and we refund what you paid for that milestone. Work you approved in writing stays approved. Because there is no advance, you are never waiting on a refund for work that has not been delivered.

Are revisions really unlimited?

Unlimited inside the agreed milestone. A new page, a new feature, or a new platform is a new milestone, written before we build it. That keeps the promise fair in both directions.

Are you a freelance marketplace?

No. Uplaps is one studio. You do not browse sellers, and you do not bid. You send the problem. Zain Ali’s team decides how to solve it and stays responsible for the milestone.

Do you work outside Pakistan?

Yes. The team is in State Life Society, Lahore. Clients can be in any country. Calls are arranged to overlap US, UK, Europe, GCC, and Asia-Pacific hours.
